I ordered and then saw the Ripoff Report. I am keeping my fingers crossed. A friend of mine refered me to the site and she has not had a problem, in fact she swears by them so I am riding on the fence at this point! I will keep all informed. I told her about the Rip off report and she told me to trust her she has ordered quite a few times.

I received my order and the bags are totally FANTASTIC. I sent them a copy of the report and they upgraded my shipping for me!
