I went In to Walmart In Lamar Colorado On January 2 2009. Went The ATM in The Walmart That Said Walmart Financial Services On The ATM To Get Some Cash. I used My Card And The Machine Took The Money Out Of My Account But Did Not Give Out Any Cash. So I Went To The Manager And She Called The Number On The ATM And The Person on The Other End Said They Would Solve The Problem. But It Would Take 2 Bussiness Days. So I left Thinking Problem Solved.
So On Monday I Called The Same Number She Called And The Person Said They Couldn't Do Anything. So I called My Bank And Told Them About It And They Said It Would Take 25 Days To Resolve The Problem. I Have Called Walmart No Luck They Say It Is Bank of America's Problem. But On The Machine It Says Walmart Financial Services.
My Whole Point Of Writing This And Filing This Is Walmart And Bank of America Are Ripping People Off And Holding There Money For Days While The Little Guy Hurts Walmart And Bank of America Should Be Accountable For This And They Don't Even Care And Won't Even Help Solve The Problem Where Is The Coustmer Service

Hello,
I can see that you're frustrated. I would be too. In fact, I've been there.
In 2002 I went to a Wells Fargo atm to withdraw part of my rent money. I heard the machine make an odd noise and then my card was returned and I didn't get my cash. I called the bank and they went through their procedures. If I recall correctly, it took about two or three weeks for them to deposit the money back into my account.
