please can someone tell me who i can contact regarding bank of america fraudulent fees and who they actually have to tell the truth to? i can't take this anymore and i just need to know who it is i can contact other than a bank of america supervisor or employee who lies, there is someone i can take all of this evidence i have to that will contact them and hopefully step in and say they are wrong and they need to correct this. i have heard of a name mentioned here before but cannot remember who it is,

if anyone knows please respond back to this post and clue me in, before i not only lose more money but i am about to snap because of this s**t and i just know who i can take all this to and hopefully get some kind of a human response from someone who is not a bank of america employee that is trained to lie to you repeatably just to milk you out of your money. I would be forever grateful for just the name or link to the website please

Well, you can try...

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency or the Federal Reserve, but...

You'll probably find that their "fradulent fees" are in fact, legal. And I'm confused about how a representative can milk you out of your money. I'm pretty sure that the fees are automatically assessed by a computer program, not a human.

Kimberly, you should explain EXACTLY what you consider "fraudulent fees".

Don't waste your time....just close the account and join a credit union.

If you have having trouble with bounced checks, do the following:
Get rid of your debit card and deal only in cash for purchases
Get rid of all auto debits on your account
