As a good costumer of boa I have never missed a payment on any of my accounts. I somehow went over on my credit limit by less than 50.00 including the fees they say this happened twice. I gave them what I thought was enough to get out of the red by paying more than due. BOA has changed my APR to 26% for penalities. Is this legal?
