BANK OF AMERICA 26 payment plan on my mortgage was not being applied bi-weekly, BOA kept the money an applied it once a month, i was charged $4.00 per transaction Tampa Florida

Bank of America offered me a 26 payment plan for my mortgage. This plan comes with a $4.00 fee per transaction, but it was suppose to be appled to the load reduccing the loan amount and I was paying 200.00 to the principal every two weeks but it was not being applied to the apply part of the pyment every two weeks.

The payments were applied to the loan monthly, instad of bi-weekly. Now i see that i was being charged fo no reason.
