BankFreedom Closed My Account and Did NOT refund balance. BankFreedom Closes ALL Customer Accounts and Steals the Money - No Refunds Internet

 We have been with Bank Freedom for over three years. On two different occassions they switched banks. Our accounts were closed and we were issued a new card from a different bank. In the beginning of April we were sent a letter that once again our account would be closed, but this time no replacement card would be sent. When we tried to pull the money out of the account the transaction was delcined. Called customer service to be told our account was flagged for fraudulent charges and that a new card would be sent so we could withdraw our funds. Two weeks pass - no new card. Called customer service again to be told that a new card was not sent and we would have to wait for a check to be cut. All checks would be cut between May 1 and May 10. Here is it May 28th and no check.  They have since disconnected their telephone number and now only an email address is provided. What a scam! I doubt we will ever receive our refund.
