Barbara Arbuckle Attorney Albuquerque , New Mexico

Barbara Arbuckle is my ex-husband's attorney.  She was consistently ill-prepared for trial and hearings.  She seemed to use the excuse, "I haven't been to my office yet" to explain why she had not received faxes of evidence that would have negated the need for a hearing.  She is ignorant and unethical.  

She stalls the legal process, and even worse she stalls and even hinders negotiations and resolutions.  She cannot come to an agreement.  Her negotiating manner is that of terrorists and extortionists.  She should be disbarred.  She lies, and is oblivious to the harm she causes.  She doesn't even represent her clients adequately.

She practices family law which is a travesty to the children whose lives are held in the balance.  

She seems to have borderline personality disorder and behaves as though she is an alcoholic.

Do not trust her!  Her fees are expensive ($275/hr) and she is awful.
