If there was any question about Robert's character, his last post should clear a lot of things up. He's a real literary genious.

Two years ago, Robert focused on Fury Catamarans as part of his endless cowardly interent rants. Fury failed to pull a city permit to operate out of Ocean Key House in Key West. The fine from the city was a whopping $130. Fury paid the small fine, pulled a permit, and came into full compliance with city ordinance. This was nothing more than a civil penalty. But according to Robert, Fury, a huge company operating in 4 countries, committed a capital felony worthy of life imprisonment. This is because Robert's business failed in that location and he was jealous of Fury's success. Just do a search for "Fury" here on ripoff and see Robert's ridiculous report for yourself.

At that time, I surfaced and identified myself as a former Captain for Fury. But Robert never seems to remember that and has accused me of being (deep breath) a cop, an attorney, a yacht broker, a state official, a county official, and now an FWC officer.

So Robert, now that I told you who I am (again), answer this:

1. Why didn't you ever register the boat in your name?

2. After all your interent slander on Ocean Key House, why didn't you show up in Federal Court when they filed for possession of the boat?

3. After all your interent slander on United Yachts, why didn't you show up in Martin County court, for which you were issued a subpoena, when they sued you?

Oh, and by the way, do a little research on legal venues. Civil and criminal cases can be heard in either the location of the suspect, or the victim. In your slander case, the victim was in Martin County, Florida. Therefore, they filed in Martin County. But let me guess, you think the whole judicial system is conspiring against you also, huh?

According to Federal Court records, you didn't even show up for the civil case that Ocean Key House filed. If you are so hell-bent on everyone being corrupt, why weren't you man enough to show up? Why didn't you go to court and fight for your boat?

Why weren't you man enough to show up in the Martin County court case in which you were sued for slander by United Yacht Sales? Why did you file two Key West cases, then not even show up for them?

Why do you spout off on the internet, but when this issue goes to court, you don't show up....even when you are issued a subpoena?

Oh, and one more thing....when FWC found your boat, why was it in the name of a closed marina in Key Largo?
