Item was purchased and during the whole process one price was given. Then upon checking out and clicking complete purchase the price changed on the next screen. Took 11 days to get ahold of someone to dispute this issue. Also at that point he overnighted the boots because they also failed to ship them upon purchase.
During multiple emails to the CEO with me even supplying him with screenshots of each screen of the transaction and him confirming several times that the price did change after checkout. He stated that he felt comfortable with the price that was charged to me that I got a good deal and there are better things to focus time on than this issue. This company rips people off. They falsely display one price and after the purchase is complete charges you another.
