Our hiring practice is based on research conducted by well-known academic organizations and book called “Topgrading” by Bradford Smart where we try to look for specific personality profile. Sometimes we use trick questions to uncover potential candidate’s personality traits like “Ego Level” or “Self Recognition” and “Empathy”. Also, for certain position these traits will help you while for some other position these traits might go against you. We know what works for a particular position at our firm and simly try to match those personality traits with open position.
