Beaute Wrinkle Reducer Company is a total sleazy rip-off. Supposedly free sample results in $99 charge to credit card. Offered to return unopened creams, was told cannot refund once charge were made Calls switched to Bogata Columbia Nevada

 This product was on Internet and endorsed by popular personality on DYI network. I foolishly thought her name would not be associated with any sort of rip-off. I ordered with "free" sample using my credit card for shipping . Guess I didn't notice fine print about how charges worked. Never opened two small boxes and forgot about them. When I checked my card and saw $99 charges two weeks later, I called number enclosed and said I would like to return completely unopened samples. I was told my call would be switched to that department. Actually I was switched to Bogata Columbia and was told there was no way to credit my account once charges had been placed. Would like to know how many people were sucked into this!
