Beauty & truth I order the 3 items from the above company. After placing the order I read detail's about each product. I found out that if did not send email with RMA numbers for return of 3 Items. C.S.R. "pronunciation of the English Language was not understandable" Troy, MI 48084 Nationwide

I watch a Beauty & Truth T.V. commercial for "skin care products". The name of the product's Wrinkle Rewind,OXY Genius & Illuminating Scrub. after placing my "Free Trail" & paying $9.95, I read Beauty and Truth disclaimer that only comes up after you have sign up for the free trial. After reading the disclaimer, I found info on who can use the products and why people can't use it. The disclaimer rference people who has had "stroke's" should not use these products; and a lot more info as to why a person can't use the product because of health reason's. I placed a call to the company that same night and requested a cancellation of the order, I was ask why bye the C.S.R. "again very bad english speaker" and told that my order was cancell. The order was shipped to me any way with a letter of "thank you for your order".  I called the company & was told to just fill out the letter & send the items back. I ask about the RMA numbers and was told that they would email me that info. I'm still waiting for the numbers. This order was place in Mid Jan. 2015.

I have called many time's requesting RMA number to ship back the Items, today 2/21/15 was the last bit of patients I had. You have to have 3 RMA numbers for each item for the return. It took 5 calls to get that infor today as well as a request to talk with a manager. I never got to talk with a manager and the person I was talking to "hung up" on me.
