Ordered trial size of this super duper Beauty Wrinkle Cream, Beauty Wrinkle Reducer! What a joke. I received an envelope with no receipt, no instructions, and unable to read print on tubes for directions. Called right away, asked for refund, advised to stop anything to be sent in the future. Told them right then it was a scam, the firsrt gal laughed, apologized, advised will issue credit. This was Feb 5, 2017, I have called several times since.

Spoke with Gizela in Columbia, (good grief), the mailing package has a mailing adddres of Shipping Dept. 1812 W Sunswt Blvd Suite 34, St. George Ut 84770, she gives me 2 RMA #'s, (she coudn't explain an RMA?) RMA10624571008653592 and RMA 10576141408656621. Advised me to ship items back, track the package and then "I " have to call them to tell them it was completed. Smelled a rat, but went did it anyway, still have the original package iteks came, and USPS receipt. Waited, no refund.

Called again twice, told "Oh, I see your refund processing .." in 3 day, in 10 days, called first of March, talked to Luisa, supervisor, credit will be back on your credit card this Sat. "I promse!" Nothing, called and talked to Senior Manager Joshua 3/20, hateful, said please wait 1-10 days for refund. Thats al I can tell you, hung up on me. And now, the auto phone line says to email company. I did, only to be informed, "I have beenripped off" and to file a Rip OFF Report.
