Beepers 'n Phones False Advertising Jacksonville Florida

Looking for a new phone and provider, The ad i had stated no credit check 3 times in bold letters and when the sales person told me he needed my ssn# i ask why? he stated it was to verify my identy (to make sure it was me) i asked you mean a a credit check he told me no credit check i promise. as the sales person was on the computer i was told they stopped selling alltel phones i told him the fine print on you ad and several signs in the store said other wise oh where getting out of selling alltel phones was his reply. he showed me the t-mobile phones they sold i found the one i liked but the sales person told me that i don't want that phone and tried to sell me a loner phone for a few dollars less after telling him i perfer this phone he then stated i have a $50.00 fee to activate a new phone after that i was upset and walked out a week later i get a letter in the mail from t-mobile telling me about there services they offered.

I then made a phone call to t-mobile and found out they checked my credit and i was approved for 3 phones with no deposit In my option this is false and misleading what are my options?
