Bella Radiance Face Cream I took advantage of trying Bella Radiance Face Cream and Eye Cream as a Trial Basis, which was to be Free except for paying the S/H costs. I did so with my Debit Card Paid $4.97 & $4.94. About a week later I received the items, however there were no paper work what so ever included. No packing slip, no instructions on how to use the products and no way to contact them.

A week after that my card was charged a total of $178.69 ($89.93 + $88.76) I was shocked and did not know what to do as had no way to contact them about these charges. I let it go and figured, well...so much for Free...they charged me for the product so I guess I will just keep them and use them. Then 3-1/2 weeks later I get a charge of $93.73 but this time I found a phone number and I called them and told them that I did not want their product and they did not have the authority to charge my card.

Told them wanted a refund and to NOT send me any more of their product as I was not happy with it. I called my bank and filed a dispute about the charge and the same day I received a package from that company. I have written on the pkg. Return To Sender - Did Not Order - Request A Refund. Am waiting for my bank to dispute this unauthorized charge and as far as I am concerned this is Fraud!!!

This company should be held accountable for their actions and fraudulent conduct upon the consumers. Why are they allowed to advertise online and lie about their product is beyond me! When I contacted them about this last charge, the gal insisted that I had requested the trial and I tried to explain to her that that was a month ago and I had already paid for that and I no longer want any more.

I had Not requested a new shipment and I Did Not Authorize them to charge me $93.73. I want this charge Removed from my bank account, in other words, a Refund! At this time I was yelling at her and she hung up on me. United States
