BelleBrite, BelleBrite Ripoff scams Broomfield Colorado

I read the free trial ad, it said that all I had to pay was the shipping. After I did my account was charged for the shipping. A week later my account was charged $74 and some change. When I called them I kept getting a run around. I caneled and simply asked for my money back. They would not give it to me even after I sent the product back to them unopened. They told because I forgot to right the return number on the box that they could not do anything. I would think that a company would want to keep their customers happy and try to help them out. All this company is want your money, and they are getting it. These scams have to stop. Companys can't say one thing and then do another. They have to be stopped.
