 This is Jennifer Mather. I would like to add a further response to the response titled " Duplicity " I am being attacked by people claiming I have something to hide or have done something wrong or illegal. I have not. My personal and personal records will show this. I have nothing to hide. However, the two individuals making these claims do. My landlord has a bankruptcy, and has multiple lawsuits she is engaged in as she is a very litigious person. I have been in contact with past renters of her property and have documentation of their experiences and it is just as bad as mine. The second author has no relevance to the initial post and has had an eviction and has a recent judgment herself. It is not okay to slander someone personally or professionally with false statements. To attack someone’s appearance is juvenile and disgusting, also falls into cyber bullying. This says more about their character then mine. Also it is a crime. I have taken this to my attorney and will be following up with the police.

 This is Jennifer Mather. I did write a response and as you can see the author states Ben/ Jen. How disgraceful it is to talk about a woman breast size ( or assumption of it). How disgusting! Let’s stick with the facts , provable, not made up realities, and it is easy to defame someone from behind the protection of computer screen. Defamation of Character, Slander and Lible are real crimes, please remember that. 1. Dr. Jennifer Mather has no Criminal nor Professional charges on either her personal or professional record. 2. As and former employee of the Ventura Country Sheriffs Department, I assure you I had to pass an extensive background check and was vetted extensively. Attacks on my physical appearance is just an empty, non factual , way to attack me with out cause because if there was just cause I would have some type of record. But I don’t. Never will. All of this is smoke and mirrors to try to distract from the truth. Truth that is provable by facts. Anybody can say anything about anyone but the facts are what matter. Frankly that’s what I care about , and what the legal system and the court cares about. Attack me all you want , but I will have my time legally to present all the facts, the citations by the county for illegal work on the home I was living in ( un permitted) , the toxic mold I and my Significant Other was exposed to. The Lease Adendumm that the landlord signed , stating she was aware of the mold, would fix the mold and after almost 7 months, never did. I have text messages and emails to prove all of this as well as emails from the County of Ventura and their citations to the landlord. These are the facts that are relevant to the case. Not what I wear, what I drive, or what I look like. I will not tolerate this harassment. And I envite the author of this post to come to my office with any charge. I am fully confident in my personal and professional conduct. Please be advised of the laws around Slander, Defamation, and Lible. I will take legal action.

 I have had first hand experience with Dr Jennifer Mather and can tell you right now that she is extremely untrustworthy. In her rebuttal she authors it as if she is a 3rd party however in her closing she comments on why the make of her car is relevant, proving that she indeed is the person writing the comment. You would think that someone with her level of education would be smarter, I guess she is proof that it doesn't matter how many classes you take or degrees you have, common sense and decency isn't something you learn in school. Her boyfriend is also questionable, if he is in cahoots with her then he is just as shady in my opinion. Although it was hard to read what he was trying to say, his spelling and

description of events was erratic and completely mis spelled. I believe the original poster because I have had horrible experiences with Mathers. She is a liar and extremely deceitful. She is a victimizer, altered sensitive records to achieve personal gain, lied and wrongly labeled a client with made up disorders after each one was squashed. She abandoned her patient and morals to save her job, license and reputation. She is very competitive towards other women, even patients. She dresses in-appropriately with sheer, tight tops accentuating her enormous, over done, upwards of 650 cc breast augmentation and going as far as changing her tops and in to sexy outfits when male clients or male family

members of clients arrive. There are no words to describe nor is there enough room on here to explain how I appropriate Jennifer is. She got a negative review on another site and when she finally saw it, she asked her patients to write positive reviews to try to bury the negative one. It's so obvious because all of the reviews she then got were all posted within a matter of 2 days, were glowing and references the negative review. She wasn't smart enough to space them out which goes back to my saying she is duplicitous but certainly not smart. All positive reviews were dated within 48 hours of eachother, it's just so obvious she was behind it. That right there should give you an understanding of her

huge ego and her desire to keep her unethical practices from becoming public knowledge. I've had first hand experience with Dr. Jennifer Mather and I am here to tell you that I completely believe the original poster. I would not put anything past her and if I were you I'd hire someone to dig into her past, what you find may surprise you. There's more to her than meets the eye.... She is a victimizer, she will always be.

  Ms Bobbie Rief, as the person above who your trying to trash and bash for no reason after you sent me to the hospital and nearly killed me for the lack of poor build off of your home I expecting to take full responsibility for your own actions ! Let’s start from some fact which can’t be denied 1. Bobbie Reif was and got a bankruptcy finalized at 2015 which usually show lack of funds and outstanding debts to creditors and other commitments she took 2. Both Ms Rief and her boyfriend mr Herman were always invited on a no call and come when ever you want bases to the house we rented and we were always happy to see them 3. As a sign of respect we even took the liberty to invite them to a

great restaurant and get them an amazing bottle of champagne as our treat for them ( I challenge you to deny it) 4. We never held any party’s nor any activity’s that are worth the blames and the shame of her actions of public shame and trying to web trash and bullying us ! 5. We are both hard working people and what we drive isn’t relevant to any kind of arguments as it’s our own personal choice how we spend our money on ( we don’t care nor ask what Ms Rief drive and it’s not relevant nor our business ) 6. It’s a proven fact that all of the other people who rented in the past at this address from her were involved in a legal actions and there deposit was never returned to them ! Which if you’ll

look at the ventura county court you’ll see I’m right again ! 7. We have paperwork from the county and from a government testing facility on the fact there was mold at the house in the most dangerous levels 8. Ms Rief own mold person who have a Harvard PhD agreed with the reports and said that the mold have to be cleaned 9. We have a written agreement we’re Ms Rief approved the existence of mold and the fact that it’s need to be cleaned and repaired!!! 10. As a result to this we left immediately the house to another location and went to a legal solution with the court as every citizen should use we never trash nor put ms Rief name over the web as we could have easily

done since we don’t believe this is right but if needed and when needed we will be reserving the right to do so if this trash talk and web bullying won’t stop and be erased from this site or any other one ! Trust me we do have the resources and the ability to respond and teach Ms reif a lesson on internet which she will never forget and let her taste her from own medicine big time ! 11. I thank you for reading this and wish for this never to happened as it’s super easy this days to trash any one without paying the price of your actions that you created in order to harm and hurt other people I feel sorry for This kind of people that instead of having a real life of happiness choosing to try and

harm others just becouse they are board and miserable from the inside and can’t admit there own mistakes but I’m sure god pays for there actions ! 12. One more personal thing I was in shock to see the amount of hate I got from this women about me as this is a business deal between us both no one ever should pass this kind of shame and I’m expecting her to understand that no one want to rent a place and live on a short notice a place he call Home after he spend money on a move and on setting the house to be just perfect to his way of life who really is looking to fight and create issues we all just want to live and enjoy our life without dramas nor issues and go to back to our family and the place we call Home !

This seems to be a case of " blaming the victims". This is the second time a report has been made about this issue with false statements and I need to correct it.

I want to be clear that there is an ongoing lawsuit that Ben / Jen are the victims off landlord negligence and it has resulted in personal injury. The complaint filed also states breech of contract as well as defamation. This report that I am responding to as well as the first one will be used as evidence in the ongoing complaint as the defamation seems to continue.

Only provable facts will be presented.

1. Both Jennifer and Ben are U.S. citizens.

    Jennifer worked for the Ventura County Sheriff's Department for many years and Ben is a disabled veteran of the U.S. Navy.

They do not have any criminal records. Both have been highly vetted by the government for their former professions with extensive background checks. They are far from criminals.

2. This is not a fruadulent lawsuit. Mold was present, there are two government lab test that indicate very high levels of Black Toxic Mold. There are multiple documents from medical professionals stating Ben's health issues were due to mold exposure. 

3. The landlord Bobbie Reif and her boyfriend Dan Herman, knew about the mold as Ben/ Jen told them as soon as a leak was identified. An addendum to the lease was signed by the tenants and the landlord and her boyfriend stating that there would be mold abatement done and the leak and the mold would be taken care of per professional standards.

4. No contractors were not let into or kicked off the property. Multiple repair men were allowed on to the property, however none of them were certified in mold. There are invoices to show this as the landlord had a home warranty service. The tenants requested a contractor, repair, service person that was certified in mold abatement.

**** The landlords own home owner insurance adjuster was able to come to the property. There are emails and voicemails to prove this. 

5. Bobbie Reif, the landlord, allowed her boyfriend Dan Herman, who is not on the lease agreement, to come and try to fix the leak and the mold. He is a contractor in Colorado, not licensed in California. He came with day laborers he picked up in the parking lot of home depot. Their English was minimal. They proceeded to open up the walls under the leak. And left it open for months, which allowed the mold spores to spead further, per the second mold test.

6. The Ventura County Code Compliance officer inspected the home and issued violations for work done without permits. He issued a email to Bobbie Reif addressing the violations and his own findings at the home, and was concerned for the tenants safety.

7. The tenants have moved out a long time ago due to increasing health issues. The landlord and her boyfriend continues to harrass the tenants, and bring in irrelivant information to try to defame them as the lawsuit continues.

8. The prior tenants in this home had a lawsuit against Bobbie Reif and they won their case, and are willing to testify in this case.

9. Ben's Corporation is inactive, and has been for a long time, nor is he using the CSLB license and has not been using it since it expired. This is another example of false accusations that are very far from the truth. 

This constant harrassment needs to stop.

And as for our cars.....I see absoulety no relivance.
