i hired the law firm of KWASNIK RODIO KANOWITZ BUCKLEY to assist me in

a loan modifacation program in oct. of 20008 to no avail.

we made a phone transaction for $2.895.00 they took the money from my account

twice and refuse to return one payment. i made contact with my mortgage co. and they said a file had been opened in june but not enough information is in it. i have tried to contact the office but i keep getting a recording. i hope something can be done because one of the rules are that your payments have to be current and they are holding two months of mortgage. in god we trust.
