Beneficial Client I got ripped off $247.consumer rip-off fraud Florida

I need your help. I am one of the victims of this Beneficial Client Care people. I got a call about June 2002 and informed me that they can help me rebuild my credit by giving $ 247.00 to start. On June 17, 2002 they made a withdrawal of $247.00 on my account. I was advised that I will be receiving my credit card within 2-3 weeks. I called them last week and told them that I have not receive the card. They told me that they already mailed it and expect it on via U.S. mail. I demand my $247.00 back and they got upset and told me that they do not reimburse the membership fee. They threatened me with a tape recording informing me that the conversation was been recorded. By the way, they gave me a tracking number # 3443482 and they said that they can be reached at (866)9990330. I talked to Gabriela # 1167.

I started to think that I am being taken advantage because of my poor credit. Is there anyway you can help me get my money back.
