Ben's Auto Body Shoddy repairs, had to bring back several times, very rude about warrantied repairs Portsmouth New Hampshire

Do not bring your vehicle to Ben's auto body! Not only are they the most expensive auto body around, they are a rip-off ! I went there with a major repair and they did a lousy job. I had to return the car for "issues" several times right after the repair was supposedly done (and they had the car for a LONG time), and they continued to return it not properly fixed. The hood was not aligned properly, which they said "was impossible to line up", and the bumpers didn't match the color of the car, which they said "because of the pearl paint, it's impossible to match".

I finally took the car back because my rental time was up. The year following the repair, the fender they replaced began to rust, and the underbody of the fender was rusting because they failed to put undercoating on it. I had to return again and under the "lifetime warranty", they "fixed" the rust and Mike, the owner, was VERY RUDE. He treated me like a piece of trash when it was my $8000 repair that padded his wallet in the first place, and never apologized for the rust on a one year old fender.

So off I went, then, sure enough, the next year the rust came back, and I went back again, and he patched it up, treated me like a jerk again, and didn't apologize either. Meanwhile, I've had to lose days at work, and be stressed out, and I don't even get a meager apology. So, now three years later my car sits, after the 2 rust repairs, with rust, again, on the same new fender, and the other old fender on the opposite side from the factory 10 years ago sits with not a spot of rust on it.

I have given up on Ben's auto body, and I strongly suggest that you NEVER go there for your auto body repairs unless you want serious frustration, lousy customer service, and most of all, shoddy repairs.
