Berg wear International Umair Ashgar Liars and Thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM BERGWEAR INTERNATIONAL Sailkot

DO NOT Ever buy from bergwear international. Umair Ashgar ( general Managaer) is a liar and a thief. I wanted 2 custom letterman jackets from bergwear international. So i got in contatct with Umair through Alibaba and emailed him and we agreed upon a price. A coulple days later I sent him money through western Union which is a option on the alibaba site. I gave him details of the design i wanted and everything seemed to be fine. After a week i emailed and also messaged Umair through whatsapp about the Jackets and to see how they were coming along. I got no response at all. I can also see that he has read my message through whatsapp.I continue to message him almost everyday about the jackets.

Finally after about 3 weeks have gone by he messages me saying he lost his phone which was a lie because he posted pictures of some of his products on his instagram and he read my whats app messages. Then he says he is finishing up my designs and will send me a photo in 5 hours. 5 hours pass and nothing. Days pass and nothing! Then i get a email from Umair stating he needs me to send him the designs again because all his information on his phone is gone. so he lied aboout starting the design on my jacket because he didnt even have the designs i sent him! At this point i don't want to do business with Umair and Bergwear because they are unreliable.

I was told the jackets were going to be done in 2 weeks, and after three weeks i didnt even get a picture to show they had been started. I email Umair saying that i would like my money back because he had bad service. Again i get no reply. so i message him through whatsapp and instagram and again no reply (He even blocked me on instagram) I reported this dispute to Alibaba and I'm waiting for a response. So after 3 weeks i have no product and i still dont have my money back. I ADVISE anyone not to order anything from this very, very bad company. Umair isn't even man enough to answer me about me getting my money back. AGAIN , nobody do business with Umair Ashgar or Bergwear International. They will try and steal your money!!
