Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, Inc rip-off! Bad customer service! Fraud! Cincinnati Ohio

I called for the free 30day supply of Avlimil for $4.50 shipping and handling. I paid with my credit/debit card for the shipping.One day when I was checking my bank account on-line I noticed I was in the negative. Come to find out money was taken out of my account for a 60 day supply of Avlimil for $65.50 and a $4.50 shipping charge for a total of $ 70.00 which overdrew my account and cost me another $ 33.00. The whole 60 day supply ended up costing me $103.00. I was furious as I did not give them permission and no where on the advertisement did it say that they were going to.

I called them and told them that I didn't want the order as I had only taken it for 13 days and I didn't know if it even worked seeing how it said that it would take about four weeks to work. I was told that there was no refund and once it went out that it was to late. I told them that I did not tell them that I wanted it and was told that it is automatically done if you don't cancel within five days of when you sign up for the free trial. I told them that that was bull**** as no where did it say that and how could you know to cancel in five days if it takes longer than that to get to you.

I received a response of "that is what it says and that is how it is". I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that she was busy in a meeting to try later. I asked how long she thought her supervisor would be in the meeting and she told me it all depends and that I can call back. I never got to talk to the supervisor. She was very rude and not any help at all.

If you look at the little brochure that comes with your supposedly free trial it states that any supplies would be received in approximately 5 days before the current cycle ends. My was sent seventeen days before.

I feel that I have been ripped off and that the company owes me the $103.00 that their error costs me and that they should be made to pay back everyone that was mislead by them also.
