Ordered a "free" booklet and CD for $3.95 (S&H), but was billed $99.90. Have refused payment, complained to VISA, and copied CA Atty Genl, TX Atty Genl, FTC, USPS, Los Angeles BBB, Consumer Fraud Report.com, and you. Can furnish copies of complaint letter and 7 attachments if desired. Would need mailing address or can convert all to pdf and forward via internet. Choice is yours.
