Once I paid them, they allowed me to continue using my computer. I did a search in programs, hard drive, software, and control panel. Nothing showed up which was my first clue I had been swindled. Now that I have my bill from Master Card I am disputing the charge. My second clue was it would not accept American Express and had no Https. Only Http.
