Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn 150 Marina Plz. Dunedin FL I made reservation on Friday 8-14-15 and received a call that my daughter was hurt and I had to cancel within a hour after I made the reservation .

I call the hotel and explain what happened and they will not refund the whole amount the are keeping part of my money . The lady said that they were not going to refund the whole amount. No compaction for the cluntent Dunedin Florida
Had a reservation made on 8-14-15 and had to cancel same day the Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn- Dunedin FL .
I explain what had happened ( family member injury) and canceled within a hour after making the reservation and they charged 262.42 for the stay When I call to cancel same day I made reservation they will only credit us 119.45 they will keep the remainer for canceing which is 142.92. There was no compassion from this company. I did use a credit.
