I was on the internet on or around 3/23/2011 when my computer flashed on the screen a notice that I
had 24 viruses, including Trojan viruses and other menacing sounding titles with an offer to clean all
viruses and guarantee a faster running PC for $59.95, $79.95, or $99.95.

I chose the $59.95 so-called service and an official-looking screen showed the removal of these infections from my computer. However, no e-mail confirmation or explanation of service ever
showed up, and I was charged the $59.95 on a credit card.

My computer was entirely frozen while this process was completed and could not be released or
even function until the payment was received. It all looked entirely believeable and professional,
although the so-called "cleaning" process took only seconds to complete.

I received NO followup nor did I see any other confirmation of completeness. No company address,
no company logo or even e-mail to respond.

This is a very professional scam which must be directed at random computers by hacking into
the internet and gaining control of computers in use.

I have disputed the charges, but feel that the dispute might fail and I will be left with paying these
outrageous charges for these hackers doing nothing.

This is legally defined as "FRAUD" and must be stopped.
