BestTix.net ripoff MANCHESTER United Kingdom

I tried to buy a round air ticket from DC to Korea with my credit card. However, BestTix.net told me that it was declined and I need to wire-transfer the money USD843.6. (The email from them attached)

I transfered the money but didn't get any message so far. Since my expected departure date is October 7, I should have the ticket already. I called them and email them many many times since last Monday, but they never answered it.

What can I do?
