I have used this service for several years. The last bet I placed was for game 5 of the world series. This game was not complete, however, it was not permanently suspended. It will be played to conclusion...however, this service reverted to an inning previous and did not leave it open to the conclusion. When I called, I was lied to. The last time I requested a payout they took 3 weeks to send money. They ripped me off of over $300...or if Tampa wins the game in the conclusion....

My name is Gabbie and I work for Badlands.com. I want to clarify that in no way did I say what this person is claiming, nor would I ever say anything like that to any of our customers. This person is referring to Game 5 of the 2008 World Series between the
Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Philadelphia Phillies. This was the first
game in the history of the World Series to be suspended due to rain.
For betting purposes, as set forth by the Nevada Gaming Commission, any
baseball game that is called due to rain after the 5th inning is
considered a complete game and is graded based on the last completed
inning. Game 5 was called midway in the sixth inning after the Rays had
been at bat. The controversy that surrounded this game was due to the
fact that after 5 complete innings the Phillies were winning 2-1. The
Rays got one run at the top of the 6th to tie the game 2-2 but the game
is suspended before the Phillies had a chance to bat at the bottom of
the 6th. Reverting back to the rules for betting the game is graded
based on the last "complete" inning where the Phillies were winning 2-1
so all bettors who had the Phillies win and the Rays bettors lose. This
policy has been in place since the inception of our company and we had
to grade this game in the same manner as we always had in the past. We
were being consistent and no one was ever ripped off.

I spoke to their live agent via their website...a girl named Gabby told me that they were offshore and could do whatever they want! Told me they made their rules. I would definitely not use this service and would warn anyone thinking of using an offshore sports service to keep looking. Betbadlands.com is a ripoff!
