I received this letter Aug.18, 2007 stating I was the July 2007 category lottery winner-a lump sum of 28,500.00 and an all espense paid trip to the Bahamas. Along with this letter was a very real looking check drawn from Citibank, N.A. Los Angeles, CA. for 2,953.32 to cover (International Clearance Fees) I could not find very much info. on the company which was they were in the Bahamas and had some thing to do with offshore companies. I googled North America Holiday Travel Reward Promotions Lottery Program and got this site automaticly indicating to me it was all just a scam.

It also appears to be a scam that has been going around for some time, other than just slight changes in the contact names, amounts of lump sum winnings, assistance checks and what bank they are drawn from it sure looks like the same person/persons pulling this scam. My question is why our authorities have not done much or anything to catch them.

The amount of dishonest poeple out there is growing rapidly so watch out for companies with initials like this one-BFD. They may stand for- Big F'ing Deal if I scam you. My thanks goes out to this site and the poeple who have posted reports..
