bfwhite*fast My child used my card to order a "FREE SAMPLE" of their product and paid me the small shipping fee from her allowance. Now they have sent additional product and taken money from my account leaving me with a negative balance. When I contacted customer service they said no refund is possible EVEN with a return of the un-opened package, beacause it has been 32 days. The ironic part is that the shipment hasn't even arrived yet, so they clearly waited until right before the 30 day mark to ship the products. It's too late for me to get a refund, but I haven't even received the package!!! This is a scam! I am a student with VERY little money and now I am at a negative balance for the rest of the month. N Las Vegas Nevada

 My child used my card to order a FREE TRIAL of tooth whitening product, and paid me for the small shipping fee from her allowance. Now the company has taken $185 from my account leaving me with a $-15 balance, and is refusing to refund me EVEN when I return the un-opened packages which have NOT arrived yet.

Their customer service have told me I am not eligible for a refund because it has been over 30 days (by 2 days).

It is obvious to me that they waited until it was nearly 30 days to ship it because it hasn't even arrived yet. This is done so that no refunds are possible. I have explained the situation and they refuse to remedy the situation. I am a student on a very limited income and this means no food for the rest of the month.

 Unfortunatly you dont have a recourse on this. The only thing you can really do is attempt to dispute the charges with your bank. You got taken in by wording. There is a large difference between a "FREE TRIAL" and a "FREE SAMPLE". A free trial is for a service. You get a amount of time to try the product and then cancel the SERVICE if you do not like it with no penalties. A free sample is just that a free sample.
