BHAWANI ENTERPRISES BAD MATTED HAIR WITH LICE!! Chennai

I ordered wavy and curly hair in long lengths from Bhawani and I received shorter lengths of non remy/virgin hair that was dry, matted and had LICE AND NITS. When I let the seller know, he told me it must have been someone else's hair because his hair is top quality. He is the ONLY one I purchased the hair from. He did not offer for me to send it back, he did not offer to fix the problem and he stopped responding to my emails. I attempted to kill the lice and deep condition the hair and it looked like straw. As you can see in the photo this hair is a mess. I am out thousands and these people are crooks. Do NOT do business with these people. They will sell you bad hair and will not do anything about it!
