This guy mark berges is a joke! He has some guy from new jersey contact me who then invited me to the conference. He told me that he can "hear it in my voice that I am very serious about this and they would like to have me work for them". I attended their conference call and mark didn't let anyone speak he just went on this presentation about how they do things and how you can make 2000 a day doing this and how it is such a great company and that was it. Then this guy from new jersey contacted me again and I didn't answer cause by that time I didn't want anymore part of it. They said that they have an A+ rating with the BBB well I just looked them up and in just a few months they went to an F. Place is a big joke and it will not be long before its shut down.

This is in response to the complaints posted re: BHR & Assoc. First of all, we provide a legitimate, much needed service which is settling past-due debts of companies and individuals. We have done this for 29 years and our clients are always happy.
We do not charge our clients upfront money, if we can't help them there is NEVER a fee, and if they only pay if they are happy with the settlement. This is very rare - try and find any company that does not charge upfront fees.
As for the actual complaints posted here - these are not from clients but from people who have come to us to learn how to do our business and solicit for potential clients. This is the business opportunity side of our business and it should be made clear, in all fairness. Anyone interested has a choice: they can become a manager and pay a fee which gives them the right to higher commissions, or simply be a rep for free.
We provide ongoing training, support, our expertise of 29 years, forms, as we stand to gain much more from client fees than from any membership fees.
The complaints are most likely from those that failed - this is not a free ride but a financial opportunity to learn a business and to make a decent living.
After all, if you attended college, paid your tuition and then failed to find a job you don't get mad at the college who provided the knowledge to succeed, you can only blame yourself.
We sincerely believe in the concept of our business, and believe in most of the people who have expressed an interest in it. There always those that look for the negative, blame others for their failures, and spend their time spreading negative thoughts in an attempt to destroy others.
