If you are looking for a factor DO NOT USE Bibby Financial. This is by far the worst factor i have ever used. In the past i had used several different factors, Goodman, Capital, Continental and a couple others. Calls and email were not returned, our account executive, usually was rude and unhelpful and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. Their customer service is terrible. The managers of this office Emma and Nick Hart are a joke, just as rude and unhelpful as our account executive, NEVER returned calls, would have to call several times to get in touch with them. We had one of our biggest client file BK and they made the situation worse by holding our reserve account, reducing our overall advance rate on all other clients, they were not flexible and do not care about us only protecting themselves by holding more of our reserve then needed, THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY THEIR BOTTOM LINE. If you are looking for a true financial partner to help your business grow find another company as they did not help at all, just made business more difficult. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR EVEN THINK OF USING THEM AGAIN. Pathetic company and horrible service.
