I bought a cd for 2.95 (a cd for free just pay shipping) that would guide you to be more efficient with e-bay. I thought why not? I read around didn't seem as if anything drew a read flag so I got it. They sold my information or hacked or whatever and took 39.95 out of my account. I googled the company immediately and saw many websites saying scam and ripoff, all bad reports. The 800 number was bogus too. My bank reimbursed my account. I reported fraud.
