December 8th I went on a bidding frenzy on Bidz.com and won 5 bids. Of course I paid with my Visa card, and the next day I tried to reach their 24/7 customer service, and the next day, and the next- finally Monday I reached them and asked why my orders were not showing a shipping # yet- they stated they have 15 days to process the order and the USPS has another 15 days to get it to me. I almost started crying explaining that these were Christmas gifts and WHY dont they post that the items wont be received in time for the holiday- like other internet sites do and give you options to express mail.

Finally, USPS numbers posted but guess what? They are not going anywhere. I called my bank and told them about this fraud, after 3 days of not getting in touch of them I found this site and I was horrified. My bank said they are sending me a paper to fill out so I can get my money back, that was last week, still didnt receive it. I'm going to the bank tomorrow and then the postal service and if I have to, I will call the Attorney Generals office and luckily for me, my husbands cousin is a US Postal inspector. I'll call him about this fraud.

I can't believe there has been this many complaints and they are still up and selling items to unsuspecting people!

I have documented pictures of the items and descriptions that were listed that I was bidding on- I also have documented picture of the items I returned-- I will pay YOU what I paid them if you can honestly state that what I received is EXACTLY what they described in the description and what is seen in the pictures--- THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE BE VERY BEWARE SITE- and unless you are a professional, like this gentleman has stated he is- he resells the merchandise he purchases, only he has the savvy to know a rip off when he sees one. On a brighter note my Christmas was saved- Visa came through with re-imbursing me my money I spent on the items and they are filing the case against BIDZ.com for credit card fraud. So all is well that ends well.

it sounds to me like you jumped in and just started bidding with out reading anything on bidz.com way of doung business.

so why is bids at fault? all of bidz.com bidding shipping and descriptions are available to review before bidding

i read several complaints about bidz and in almost all cases bidz is not at fault.

Felicia it seems to me realy works hard at solving all of the issues from this site.

i do not work for bidz i am a re seller i bid like all of the people who have filed complaints did, the difference i read the shipping info and read the description ot the items i bid on if i dont like what i read i dont bid.

so thnk you bidz for for all the service and low prices you have made avaiable to all of us..
