This was by far the worst cosumer experience I have ever had. I looked up the car I wanted to buy online and found one that fit my price range but when I got to their dealership the price waas $3,000 higher than listed. I have read other reports about them doing this but they acted like they had no idea about the price difference.

The Salesman I spoke to talked fast and promised me a bunch of stuff that I never came to see. I traded in my old car and asked for $3,500. On several occasions I was told that they agreed to give me $3,500, on the paperwork it said i received $2,600 for my trade-in. I tried to get the trade back and the General Manager Sammy said we could work on it and I should come back tomorrow. When I went back in they had already sent my car off to get serviced for resale. The car that I bought from them had a few issues that I asked them to take care of and they agreed, I even gave them a list and barely anything was done.

Aside from over-promising and under-delivering, the customer service was horrible. After I bought the car and signed the deal, I felt like I was put on the back burner. Nobody knew what was going on besides Sammy and to speak to him I probably waited atleast an hr every time I visited. It seemed like he was avoiding me.

This entire deal left a bad taste in my mouth. It was like they made a sale and completely neglected anything I had to say after that and they basically stole my trade-in. Stay away from thes people its very frustrating to deal with them especially after you sign a deal. They are all snakes, from the receptionist to the manager.

Right up front you saw the real price of the car was different from what was on the website.  What did you do???  You decided to stay there and reward them for lying to you!  Incredible!  Then you said they stated they were "giving" you $3500 for the trade.  Did you even bother to read the paperwork BEFORE you signed it?  ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
