I submitted a payment in the amount of $45 USD on February 28th 2010 in an attempt to purchase goods from an online website titled "Used Panties by Jayde". Per the website's payment instructions I submitted the payment to Bill Goble through paypal.
I attempted then to contact both Jayde and Bill Goble through their respective email addresses attempting to get a confirmation and order status but have not received a response from either person.
I believe this is a website intended to lure potential customers into submitting a payment for items. I believe once payment is made, the site owners take the money, make no contact, or deliver any merchandise.
