Cal Prop Management is by far the worst property management company in San Diego. Bill Milley of Cal-Prop is a rude, threatening d****ebag. Avoid BILL and CAL PROP. I had him take over my property and he is rude to my tenants and is causing me to lose money and tenants! It is just awful. Cal-Prop has been the worst experience of my life. These guys are just rude crooks.
