Thank you SO much for posting this!! I inquired some questions about him (Bill Ryan) also over the phone. Like his studios and things. He said they were getting "set up" and then mumbled two or three companies and when i requested a link for his website I got http://nobleinternationaldiningpugetsound.wordpress.com/ sent from a email with the name of Allen Dulles?? dulles777@gmail.com       The whole thing was kind off from the beginning. Asked questions about my parents and if they were divorced. if not having my father around was difficult for me.... really personal stuff. I am SO VERY GRATEFUL for you posting this ripoff report! It kinda creeps me out that he has photos of me now. Thank GOD I used an alias!

I have dealt with Bill on two different occassions.  The first time I dealt with him a few times just over the phone.  I was going to be an "Eyes" model for him.  I questioned his integrity over the phone and he did go off on me.  It was more a less that he didn't like being judged and questioned.  Fair enough, neither do I, but I wasn't very happy. Then my next conversation he was jovial, so I didn't really think much about it.  I considered it more of a miscommunication but noted that he was a bit off.

My second time I met with him a year later.  I wasn't sure if he was the same guy or not.  I was curious about what he was trying to do so I met with him. 

I couldn't tell if he was a bunch of talk or just senile.  He seemed knowledgeable and we talked for a long time discussing business.  He pulled the same thing with me, I came over for a modeling audition and it turned into the COO of his 3 magazines, an art gallery and casino nights.  He promised to pay me for a missed meeting and the meeting we were having, he took me to dinner and gave me a bracelet, a necklace, some magazines and a nice notebook.  I felt weird taking them from him as I wasn't sure I was going to be seeing him again. 

I never got that he was being sexual toward me, he never yelled at me or got unruly.  We talked about a lot of things, business, laying out his business needs, compensation and more. 

My main complaint is that its a waste of my time and money to drive to this guys house, sit and talk while he makes all these empty promises. I applied to the side gig because I need to make some extra income, not because I want to waste my time and blow my  gas money. Seems like most of the gigs on Craigslist are this way. I agree, he is old and pretty downtrodden.  He talks about his family having oil companies and he comes from family money.  Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't.  I don't care.  It is quite a red flag to walk into a stale apartment with a run down old man.  He has very little, which doesn't mean he couldn't be rich, but he makes it pretty clear that he is a trust fund baby, or at least that is what he claims. 

He did make me feel smart and accomplished.  I know that I surprised him about the knowledge I have. Seems like a waste, still in the end.

He makes posts about "Sexy waitresses/hostesses for Casino nights", "Eyes Models", "Sexy Cover Model for (various) magazine(s)" and likely more.  They always are addressed for the greater Seattle area listed out like (Seattle-Tacoma-Everett) or similar.

He was nice to me and I could carry on a conversation with him, so I don't want to throw stones, but really its a waste of your time to even respond to his ads.
