This fraudster calls himself Dr. Bill Wong. Organizes deceptive con-games with his wife Susan St. Clair along with a couple of crooked lawyers and accountants.
His victims are led to believe that he is a business consultant to the Prime Minister of Canada, lectures at University, and rubs shoulders with the wealthy and powerful. So overwhelmed by his apparent super-success, his victims gladly submit themselves to him as mentor and write large checks to him enticed by his promises of lucrative returns.
Records of the people he has ripped off can easily be found in Vancouver supreme court databases.
Convicted Criminal: Convicted for 1 count of sexual assault in California. "FORCEABLE PENETRATION BY FOREIGN OBJECT" are the words on the arrest warrant for him when he ran away from the authorities and escaped to Canada in the 90's.
