I placed an order online for the Billy Blanks Boot camp DVD set. The set came with 4 DVD's, "Billy Bands, dog tags, a 1 month club membership to their online site, and a 7 day supply of energy pills. If you do not call them and cancel you are already enrolled in the Monthy membership, and the energy pills come every other month.

I called this company a total of three times and each and every time I called to cancel my membership and my energy pills the new customer service rep would tell me that "I see that you already cancelled your membership, but I will cancel your energy pills now." Of course this is after they try to get you to stick with the energy pills for a low price of 40% off. If they can sell them to you at this price, then why wasn't this offered in the first place. I then cancelled my pills on 3 different phone calls, followed by emails.

Due to Canadian regulations, we are unable to ship vitamins to Canada."I did cancel the first time within the 7 day period; On the other hand, now I was shipped the pills I had to return (of course minus shipping and handling).

The customer service rep then gave me a RMA Number to ship back the energy pills. I was automatically charged $31.85 for the pills and they only refunded $25.90 to my account. I am really sick and tired of dealing with this company and they already wasted too much of my time between getting things cancelled that they hope you will forget to do, so they can automatically charge you every month for services and products you do not need. This is the purpose of this "Rip Off Report" to inform the rest of the public on the business practices you will encounter with dealing with billyblanks.com and its customer service reps.

Remember even if you cancel within the 7 day period, you will still receive the pills becasue they will not cancel your subsription and you will be out of $5.95 for the shipping and handling once they finally refund your money.
