Lets just say that they are right that this is not trademark infrigment that there costumes look different from the real ones. THEY look the same to me but that is not the point. This lady said in one of there reviews  'that Mickey was dirty and smelled bad,' this is what the trademark is afraid off. You will take there characters that they have put all this money into and turn the kids off on them. Infrigment is not justlooks its  there image. This is not the only problem  on yelp you have a add that says you are now working all of CALIFORNIA. According to the misclassifation law if you send out a person a few times they are enploys. So that means you have enploys for all the state of california, or you are doing underground economy.Am I THE ONLY ONE WHO  watched   CONGRESS ON SEPT 21 when yelp testified about reviews that were not honest. Look I THINK Americans want to make a contract with legal companys, that have a license and paper trail , and not have some  stranger come into are house and handle our kids under the mask of someone they love like  there favorite character, when you could be anyone under that mask.I have heard people say ya but we are right there, what about the next day , you are letting strangers into your house without paper trail. The less makeup the better you are. People these pretend characters are just that they are a decoy, not real. You are giving your credit cards out to people who hide on the net no names no towns no address because they no thay are not legal.I am a parent not a chartoon character business. Trust me when I do hire out I CAN SEE THERE FACES AND I check there id's.I make sure the company is legal with paper trail starting with the correct information on there site. Thank God FTC  is now looking into all this I HOPE THEY CLEAN IT ALL UP.
