Bitdefender Bitdefender, LLC Auto renew renewal fraud credit card Nationwide

I have purchased a number of Bitdefender subscriptions online. Eventually I found out about the autorenew by being charged a number of times subsequently (at a much higher price than initially paid). The auto renew option on the subscription form is deliberately hidden, you have to read the fine print at the bottom then click on a link to make it visible. This is deliberately misleading.

After I emailed their support and cancelled the latest auto renew and asked them to remove my credit card details and cancel all auto renews on all purchases I have made, many months later after my credit card had expired, they somehow managed to charge my new card. This is fraud. Someone had to manually change the expiry date in order to process the auto renew. I am making a complaint to the credit card company as well.

Bitdefender have lost a large number of clients from this deceit.
