Biz Central USA they go under different names. They dont stop billing me! Internet

In a nut shell i used this company to write my business plan. Sounded great right? Not really people. They gave me crapy service and blaimed the weather for not delivering ontime. Yet, thats not why i am reporting them. They keep billing my account for more money. I called my bank and they told me to cancel the card and they are now investigating this company for fraud. After that, every day they try and get money from my card. They also state in their so called "Contract" that they will charge me for insuficient funds of $25 per charge not received. Have in mind people that they already received their money, and they keep charging me. Now they have sent me a bill from the insufcient funds fee of a few hundred dollars! These people rate top 10 for being the best rippoff. PS, the business plan had to be rewritten, they have no clue what they are doing.
