I receive calls daily alerting me to the fact my business qualifys for an operating loan for my business. I received suach a call from BizNet Inc of Jackson Wy soliciting me for application for either a loan or interest in a grant. The word grant means free money and I listened further to BizNet Robert Owens 

There pitch was to provide operating capital or work on finding granta for our business. I opted for the grant process and completed their 14 page welcome kit with the information they requested to seek their "grant writers"on a search for my business. On the 26th of Jan. we were informed we had had been awarded a grant for 187K deliverable in May. A 4250.00 retainer fee was sent per biznet's request to Bank of America in Scottsdale AZ. 2 weeks later I received a call from a person identifying herself as Elizabethe Carrington representing the TOSA foundation where they had just approved a grant for 167000 to be awarded Feb 26th.  BizNet took down their website and closed their bank accounts and remain at large with a number of us left drained of money and ugly stories of what these grants would have helped us with and now we are picking up the pieces

Biznet required an additional funding of 6350.00 to complete the paperwork their "grant Writers" needed for the extra work to get the paperwork to TOSA by Feb 26th. We complied and sent the additional wire transfer to Bank of America in Scottsdale AZ.

On Feb 24th I received  a call from Laura Elliot of Biznet telling me the TOSA grant was held up for a period or March 14th specifically. I indicated to Laura Elliot I attempted to get ahold of Robert Owens of Biznet with no luck. She said he was out sick. Others within BizNet all of a sudden were out of pocket and calls were not returned.I attempted to call Biznet from Feb 29th-March 3 with no answer and calls went to to an automated answering machine My e-mails to all listed members of BizNet went unanswerd

I have filed complaints with the FTC;Wyoming AG office consumer affairs :Arizona Security Commission chief investigator

FBI ICS3 and my local police department and have collaborated with others hit in this same scam on their police reports. 

Anybody getting caught in the BizNet scam needs to filwe simiiar compalnts so we can get these people arested
