I was directed to this site by another individual ripped off by another individul. This woman has contributed one of her other rebuttals to me. I DID NOT post any of the previous complaints but I will tell everyone about this woman. We were directd to her by Ancient Knights Akitas after they sold us a very agressive dog. After taking to her and doing a background check we declined her services. We found that she has a long history of criminal arrest.

E mail me and Ill send you copies. One is for aggrivated robbery. We also found that the only person to employe her was Dr. Tim Burns and he had to sue her to get his dogs back. After we turned her down she began a compalin of harassment and filing fake police complainst and law suites. She has tried to stop me form telling the truth by filing a law suite against me and she LOST. I jhave seen other reports that calim she is a prostitute. Her husband works for Bimmerworld in Va. This woman has a website with a black list of people to avoid and she asks for money to have it removed. She is fake and a fraud. She has over 20 names and has sued people form CA to GA. Black Knight Akitas is a total joke.. Come to our website Dreamweaver Akitas and see the evidence for yourself. She and Ann Simmions who runs a trashy internet magazine often harasss people together.. Ann Simmions runs the Akita planet magazine and send us nasty vulgar messages... We have filed a criminal charge in Ga against Ms. Simmions.

As further proof that the psychopath who created the fake complaint can't keep his lies, straight, he recently created a new defamatory website about me (he is already under restraining orders and orders of the civil court to cease such activities- trial inthe civil matter has been rescheduled to 04.01.16, Pulaski County Circuit Court,Virginia Case CL14000079-00). There's also more than a dozen criminal warrants outstanding in VA for his arrest, and he is considered a "fugitive".

"Juan" now claims to live in Los Angeles, not Sacramento, now claims the amount was $2000, not $500 and that he wasn't buying the puppy from me but from a former handling client of mine in Oregon and that I was somehow involved. 

No reputable breeder sells through third parties.  Though our relationship ended badly when I quit working for them, the kennel in Oregon would not have brokered a sale through me or anyone else- direct contact with purchasers ONLY. 

So he can't keep his location, the details of the transaction or even what breeding or from whom straight. Still think this is a legitimate consumer complaint? 

If anyone does, I outright challnge this "Juan" to walk into his local police department, file a complaint for theft, provide VERIFIABLE IDENTIFICATION and to post verifiable proof that any transaction of any kind took place. 

Juan Cortez doesn't exist except in the head of a very sick invidividual. I met Danielle through the adoption of my service dog about 5 years ago. I can state from personal experience that she is extremely conscientious caring Honest and professional. She has a strict adoption process which includes personal references and for me a home inspection and multiple visits. She would not even accept a deposit until I passed this process.

Adopting my Akita, Koli, ( who happens to be the very dog in the cover picture on her website) from Danielle was an absolutely wonderful experience that exceeded all of my expectations. She has made herself available to me countless times throughout the years for advice and services. Adopting from Black Knight Akitas is adopting into a family, & I wouldn't have it any other way. I have and will continue to recommend Danielle and Black Knight Akitas to all who are interested in the breed including family and friends.

 I purchased a male Akita Puppy from Black Knight Akitas. Before meeting him I spoke to the owner regarding what I was looking for ( a companion for my going blind German Shepherd) as well as my lifestyle so she could pick the appropriate puppy for me. She could not have picked a more appropriate puppy, and was so honest with his personality and why another puppy in the litter was not as suitable. We live in different states, however the owner offered to bring the puppy for me to meet, along with a litter mate 12+ hours away as she was traveling to the area for another event. She refused a deposit, as she wanted me to meet both puppies and make sure that I was going to be 100% happy with the puppy first. If I met the puppies and didn't feel either was 'my dog', she was happy to take them home with her- it was most important that the dog and I both would be happy. At the meeting place I had the opportunity to meet a 3rd litter mate, and a first time Akita owner. He had had his puppy for over a month already, and was beyond happy and proud of his dog. Any time I have a question or need help the owner was more then happy to offer advice or guide me in the right direction- even several years after purchasing my puppy. I am beyond happy with my Akita- he is everything I hoped for, and more. He is a wonderful companion for my Shepherd, that is now 100% blind. Black Knight Akitas is a top notch breeder, and when I am ready for my next Akita, that will be where I go!

I have purchased an Akita from Black Knight before. She is presently my service dog. The owner was honest, forthcoming, and VERY helpful in helping me obtain my puppy. The puppy was originally purchased as a companion dog.

Several months after I purchased her I was the victim of a drunk driver and had my back broken in two places. The owner of Black Knight offered to take in and help train my recent puppy to provide the specific functions I needed after this horrible accident, and she did so free of charge. The owner has always been available for any questions or emergencies. I'm so pleased with their service, and my current puppy that I may be purchasing a second soon.

When you buy an Akita from Black Knight, you become part of their family. I know every other owner of a puppy from the litter my girl came from, one has been so kind as to dog-sit for me, and we have even setup 'play dates' for the pups to reunite.

I can also state that the person who made this complaint is lying. The owner of Black Knight has an open lawsuit against a Psycho Stalker, I have personally witnessed this person's illiterate, and insane complaints and attacks on her via his web-page, and Facebook account.

 info contained in this alleged complaintn is identical to that used in other bogus complaints all published by the same person, I sued him for defamation in February 2014, they keep delaying because there are twelve warrants for his arrest in Virginia most for violating a restraining order. Trial date was just reset today for April 1...yes rwally, april first. Go figure. The guy sees at least one psychiatrist and takes two serious psychotropic medications. His partner enables him with funding and housing. Ripoff report wont remove it, despite tracking it back to this nut job, without payment to their "arbitration department" of two thousand dollars. Here's the facts....I havent lived in CA Since June 2010 and thats been a very public fact.

My website says it, my affiliation with a local all breed club says it. I haven't advertised in CA since 2009. "Juan" doesnt exists. Ive had exactly two litters in the past five+ years, one of four pups one of two. I know where they all are and I rarely ship anyway. If this person claims I took a deposit, and refused to ship, PROVE IT. Lets see proof of payment. A police report. A contract. He cant provide it because it never happened. I am a very low volume breeder who usually has a wait list and my pyps are in demand as service animals for their outstanding temperament and aptitude for a job. The nut job breeds whatever he can get his hands on, conducts no health certifocations such as hips eyes and thyroid and his dogs jave a habit of roaming the neighborhood and killing other animals-when they aren't tearing each other to shreds.

But because they cant intimidate me into dropping the suit they resort to these tactics. The coward also hides behind fake facebook accounts. In his most recent one he pretends to be a foreign speaking woman from another state.(Ive got screenshots) Truth is sometimes stranger than fiction. Ah the internet where anyone can make up a story. Thank good for the uniform service act for out of state subpoena service. The jerk can explain at trial about his non stop harassment. Anyone interested in real details may feel free to contact me.
