Blaines custom landscapes is not licensced and the quality of the work falls apart in less than a year if your paying 5000 for a patio and it falls apart away from the house he says its not his problem bs I would not ever recomend this person for any thing ever I hope this helps people pick another landscaper other than this crappy one!. Pays employees in cash to avoid taxes no employment insurance !.
