Blinds Galore Blinds arrived 1/2 inch too narrow after I ordered actual size. Packing slip shows the correct size ordered. They could care less. Internet, Internet

Blinds I ordered arrived 1/2 inch too narrow and too short. Their packing slip shows correct size, but that doesn't count with them. After 25 minutes on hold service rep was reading his routine "too bad, you own it" crap. When he asked if I wanted a supervisior and I said yes, I was disconnected.

Following my prior complaint Blinds Galore agreed to replace the blinds in the correct size. What a differance a good customer service rep makes!
