Blinds Galore took my order over the phone for custom blinds. I gave them my VISA and they voice recorded my confirmation and non-refundable status. I agreed to their terms that I would receive my blinds within 2-3 weeks. I have attempted to contact the company many times via email and phone with no success. It is now May and I have received no correspondence and no product.
