You should have know how the Headricks would act in this situation. Everybody up here says that the Headricks and Wears have always thought a lot of themselves. They think that they are a little better than everyone else. Evidentally the Wears and Headricks are their own biggest fans because nobody else up here can stand them.

I can't believe that you would ask Don Headrick about something Lowell had done. They can't even stand each other and Don is a jerk and coward just like Lowell. Just give it time, you'll see.

I thought this situation concerning Little Bobby was over until I spoke to little bobby's father "L".

"L" told me to leave and that I should never come back after what i had done to him. I don't recall anyone in my family ever treating "L" in such a manner and I also don't recall anyone in my family treating his family like his pansy-assed son, Robert, did me.

After telling "L" that "...if that's the way it has to be, the same rules apply and he is never allowed on my property." At that point, "L" said not to threaten him. Lowell should know by now that I don't "threaten", I just "DO!" Evidentally, this is who little bobby learned his hypocrisy from. I actually spoke with "L's" brother, and he didn't know anything about it.

To be honest, I really could give a s**t less what Lowell and Diane Headrick have to say or think. I can't help it if they raised up one border-line homosexual and one drug addict. How is that my fault? I can't help it if Robert made a complete and total a*s of himself in a court of law prosecuting me from a crime I didn't commit. How is that something that I have done to him? I can't help it if 4 jurors complained about Robert's behavior. How is this something that i did to Lowell?

Lowell Headrick is a pansy-assed f****t just like his son. He is also a coward to say a bunch of garbage like that to me while I was in his yard. I'm sort of at a point in my life where I've got bigger fish to fry than to go after some twinkle-toed ballicker in the local DA's office.

I think my point has been made and very well recieved by Mike Flynn. When I last talked to him, he said that he was surely going to get to the bottom of this. I believe him.

The story of my case is all over town and the one thing that everybody keeps repeating is how I made Robert Headrick look so bad.

I spoke with one of the other prosecuters who actually patted me on the back for hammering Little Bobby. I won't say who, but it was someone running for a vacant judge's position in our county. He may get my vote.

Consider this situation concluded and resolved. I'm sure I'll get to see Robert again; we go to the same liquor store. Ha! Ha!

Yesterday, I got a phone call from Mike Flynn. He said that he was still working on disciplinary action concerning "Little Bobby."

The main thing was that jurors were upset enough to call me at home urging me to go after Little Bobby concerning his behavior in court.

If any of these jurors happen to see this thread, I'm urging you to call Mike Flynn and report your observations about Little Bobby and how he completely lost his cool in the court-room. This will help Mike Flynn do his job and send Little Bobby packin'!

Mike Flynn is an elected official and this year is a voting year. I think you know already how my vote will be caste from the thread concerning the ADF Pizza Hut on Hannum St.

In case you didn't know, after 22 months of worry I beat Mr. Flynn's regime in court on all counts that they charged me with. Frivolous, frivolous, frivolous.

The most concerning fact involves Mr. Flynn's minion: Robert Headrick. His behavior in the court room is unacceptable. You folks would have been proud of how I put this twinkle-toed pansy in his place. At one point, not only did I have the jury laughing at him, but the court baliff had to step out to keep from horse-laughing at Robert.

If Robert Headrick wants to act like a 5 year old girl who had a bad day at soccer practice then that's his call. From now on I will simply refer to him as "Little Bobby."

One funny thing I heard last night was a story about Little Bobby which I didn't witness.

At one of the many recesses during the court proceedings, little Bobby made the statement that he had to go "tinkle." Keep in mind this is supposed to a grown man. I laughed about this ever since I heard it. Maybe we should have followed him into the rest-room to see if he "tinkled" standing up or sitting down like the little b***h he is!

At one point he introduced evidence that was taken while I wasn't under oath. He said that my testimony was contradictory even though this statement not only matched the police report but all the other statements I made. Turns out that he has an inability to read plain English. Well, at least the little pansy, Robert Headrick admited to making this mistake to the jury. And this is a prosecuter? I think Mike Flynn can do better.

I am trying to give Mike Flynn the benefit of the doubt but after 22 months of Robert Headrick dragging this out, I have a right to be completely pissed off.

Accountability(SP?)in Mike Flynn's office is demanded.

I am in the process of reporting Robert Headrick to the board of professionalism. I have been in contact with the bar association and even they are concerned with little Bobby's behavior.

I've known little Bobby's father all my life and think that he is one of the greatest. He's a good man. I can't say the same for his son. Little Bobby was raised by his mother in Miami anyways. That's most of his problem.

I even had 4 jurors contact me raising hell about Robert Headrick's underhandedness. They want me to see this to it's conclusion.

A jury of 12 of my fellow Blount Countians spoke on Jan. 25, 2006 and said that not only was I a good citizen but that squirrelly-assed prosecuters like the pansy-b***h Robert Headrick are not appreciated in this county.

Maybe little Bobby should move back to Miami where he can be with his own kind.

I grew up here in Blount County, TN. I've known Mike Flynn and Tom Hatcher all of my life. These two dudes have always been a couple of clowns. They are the type of people who are in church every Sunday so that people won't realize what kind of cons they are.

2006 is the year in which we can put Tom Hatcher's sorry a*s out on the street. I can't wait.

In case you folks don't know Tom Hatcher is a crook too. He likes to think he is in control but obviously he has no control over Mike Flynn and Mike Flynn has no control over Steven Headrique. These three crooks have never cared anything about the folks in Blount County.

They just want to push their fascist ways off on the good folks in this county. Eventually we will read about something criminal that one of these turds have done. They should be held liable for their actions. I heard that Mr. Headrique has a drug problem that he picked up in Miami. Maybe the sheriffs office will eventually catch him and he will be prosecuted by his own office. That would be real justice.

Once again a citizen of Blount County Tennessee has been brought to criminal court on frivalous charges. I won't use the man's name because being accused of child rape is enough embarassment. Especially when the charges are complete lies aimed at fleecing money from him.

This one wasn't dismissed by a judge but went to criminal court where a jury of the accused's peers found him not guilty. Steven Headrick said that the verdict was disappointing to the victims and him. DISAPPOINTING? What about the way in which the District Attorney's office acted? By the way, according to the jury Mr. Headrick, there were no victims. There was no crime committed. That's what "verdict" means you idiot!

What a joke our District Attorney has become. What a joke his chief prosecuter is. They both are just a couple of clowns with no real interest in justice.

Also, they let one of the troopers being investigated off. How much did HE pay you, Mike Flynn? I'm confident this was just another PR stunt to make Mike Flynn look good.

Something has to change in the way our District Attorney's office is conducting their business. They are a disgrace to Blount County and they are costing the taxpayer a fortune.

I feel extremely sorry for the man who was falsely accused of rape. No amount of money can give that man back what was taken from him by our District Attorney in Blount County. The real criminals here are Steven Headrick and Mike Flynn.

It doesn't matter whether they are elected or appointed, they can all be removed from office.

Listen Mike, I truly feel like I got a pretty good lawyer. Had he not been from the South, I would not have picked him. Yes he has worked in Flynn's office, but now he is on his own. I feel like this is to my advantage because he will know if Mike Flynn's office is handling this in any other way than the way they should.

Although I'm sure it has happened, Lawyers can't just make secret deals with local DA's. Again, I'm sure it happens from time to time, but I don't feel like that's what is going on here. Nobody has answered my question concerning the State Attorney General. Well, should I contact him about Flynn? I'm just wondering if it is against the law to contact him while my case is pending.

Some guy at the grocery store was telling me today that Mike Flynn was actually appointed and then went on to say that he will be up for re-election in 2006. How is this possible? How can you be appointed but up for re-election? I don't understand how this works. I could have swore that I voted for him because he was a Republican.

I am familiar with the area of Blount County TN.

My company is an IT company located in Charlotte, NC. While scanning the Southeast for new places to expand, we came across Maryville, TN, but because you folks have such a problem with your local government officials, like Mike Flynn, we have decided to look elsewhere.

Your county just lost out on several thousand jobs because your DA and County Executive aren't honest people. As soon as these folks aren't involved with your city and county government, we make take another look one day. But by then, it may be too late.

This situation saddens me to think that good hard-working people have to be terrorized in order for Beverly Woodruff and Mike Flynn to have a job. You two just cost your citizens lots of jobs.

Who is your lawyer, Aaron? I'm real surprised that he hasn't made a motion for dismissal. I think that your attorney is trying to play both sides of the fence from what I've read about your case. Do you know if he ever worked in Flynn's office? If so then I would be suspicious of his behavior so far.

When the Salem witch trials were happening in the Northeast, going to court was nothing new to these people. The authorities up there urged people to take each other to court. The number of lawyers quadrupled in less than a year. This sounds somewhat like what is going on in our district attoney's office in Blount County right now.

I grew up in the Blount County community. I can tell you from personal experience that Mike Flynn is a crook. Anybody that knows him personally can tell you that. Obviously Mike Flynn and the local lawyers in our area are in each others pocket. It's always been that way. They've been scratching each others back for a long time now. Most of the law firms in this area have people who have worked in Mike Flynn's office at one time or another. This is a definite conflict of interest.

Sounds to me like Mike Flynn has launched his own personal witch hunt and subsequent "Salem Witch Trial." What's next Mike? The dunking chair to prove a person's innocence? Should we start burning people at the stake? Maybe we could build an ampitheatre at our new justice center specifically designed for your witch trials.

The only advice that I can provide for the people in this county is to not put your trust in an attorney who has worked for Mike. These lawyers do not have your best interest in mind. They could care less whether you are innocent or not. They have a vested interest in making Mike Flynn look successful in a criminal case and each other in a civil case. This is a sad world we live in now where lawyers rule the day.

Mike Flynn, you will have to answer for what you've done one day. You will have to come clean about all the things you have done to people over the years. You should start listening to the preacher when you go to church instead of just showing up for some good PR.

At one time Maryville was considered a speed trap by AAA. Now I read where your local DA is on a rampage. I don't think we'll be visiting your area anymore if that's the best you have to offer. I hope this situation gets fixxed soon. My Mother and Father retired and now live in Townsend. They informed of the local government in your area and are now selling their home in the Laurel Valley Community due to the lack of honesty exhibited by your local politicians.

Has anyone reported this Mike Flynn to the State Attorney General? I gave you the contact information on my last post. The only way to take care of this problem is to inform the people who can do something about it. I just wanted to let you people know that Mike Flynn is currently prosecuting 2 State Troopers. They had written tickets to man who had been dead for several weeks. This is probably just a case of one man having the ID of the dead man. He was Mexican, so I'm sure the two troopers wouldn't have been able to detect this right off. This is part of the problem dealing with so many illegal immigrants into this area.

I'm wondering however if this is just a ploy for Mike Flynn to say that he DOES prosecute the police. If so then why didn't he prosecute the Blount County Jail Cop who was caught selling marijuana to the inmates? Why didn't he want to take the lady's case who was almost run over by a Maryville City Cop? Why wasn't the cop charged with something who killed the woman in front of Jackson Hills Subdivision? He was obviously in the wrong.

I feel as though Mike Flynn's current prosecution of the troopers is directly related to this website saying that he doesn't prosecute the cops in our area for anything. I would have to agree that something needs to be done about Mike Flynn. I saw in the paper the other day where our tax dollars are now going towards paying another judge. The county just had to hire him because our local courts are so backed up with cases.

I just read another ripoffreport concerning Beverley Woodruff and Bob Kidd. Believe it or not, Bob Kidd is the person who recommended this new judge.

Obviously our county government has turned into a "DEN OF THIEVES." They're all just looking out for themselves and could care less if the general population of Blount County gets railroaded. This current administration we have is a sad excuse for people who are supposed to represent the average citizens of this county. I'll be glad when they are all gone from office. The best thing to do in a situation like this is to notify the State of TN Attorney General. I'm not real sure what his name is, but he has direct jurisdiction over your local District Attorney. If someone out there has contact information concerning the State Attorney General, then I'm sure he will look into this matter.

Sounds like Mike Flynn has plenty of detractors that would like to talk to the State Attorney. If this turns out to be some type of misbehavior, he will be brought up on state charges.

Find out how to contact the State Attorney General and notify him immediately! We don't need politicians like Mike Flynn in office.

Mike Flynn, I'm sure, gets some kind of bonus money based on the number of cases that his office prosecutes. It is in his best interest to prosecute as many cases as possible whether the charges are legitimate or not. I'm thankful that I chose a field where I didn't have to be dishonest like him.

Mike acts as though he is a religious man, but a lot of people in this county do that. Hell, even Don Sundquist goes to church and he is about as dishonest as they come. There must be something about the Republican party here in Blount County that robs good people of their ability to be honest. I can say that: I'm a hard-line Republican that is losing faith with every passing hour.

I know the delivery driver, Aaron, whom has been charged with a crime he didn't commit. I also know the young man who was charged with rape. Both of these honest hard-working men got caught up in Mike Flynn's dishonest approach to making money. Trust me when I say that if Mike Flynn wants to prosecute some criminals, he needs to look no farther than the politicians that run our local governments.

I spoke with Aaron today and he is the one who told me of this site. I wasn't going to file a report, but after reading some of what my fellow taxpayers had to say, at this point I feel compelled to put my two cents worth in.

Mike Flynn needs to shape up or ship out. Local people have enough problems in this county without having to worry about Mike's boys hauling them into court on trumped up charges. We need to spend more time training our police officers to conduct proper investigations before they come bearing charges against someone. By the way, Aaron is correct about his observations of our local police. I would like to add what Aaron left out: these guys are the biggest "do-nothings" in this county. They are a true waste of taxpayer's money. They can't even live by the laws that they are sworn to uphold.

We need to consolidate our city governments into the county and let Sheriff Berrong, who is a good man, handle everything. I don't think that he would allow Flynn or his officers to operate in this manner. As a matter of fact, our county officers are the best ones we have while our local city ones are morons. I'm really surprised that our local judges have let this go on for as long as it has. Maybe one day the Good Lord will instill a sense of honesty with our local prosecuters. But how many good people will have to pay the price before that happens?

Mike Flynn, if you have enough backbone to read this, please take a deep look at what your office has been doing. You will have to decide for yourself what changes need to be made. I'm here to tell you that there is a lot of room for improvement. The first one is to learn what a proper investigation involves.

You are correct in your observations about the Maryville City Police and Mike Flynn. They are both too caught up in politics and fleecing money from the people.

With the new monies that were given for Home Security, the INS and local police have no excuses for not rounding up the border-jumpers in this area.

The reason that the police are so lazy about this situation is because they can't make any money off these people. The reason Mike Flynn isn't doing anything is because he is a criminal himself. I voted for him and I can say that. I never make the same miwtake twice.

I saw another article in today's paper about how this woman was trying to report her x-boyfriend concerning his living and working here illegally. She obviously was stupid for dating an illegal immigrant but that is beside the point.

I spoke with Maryville City Police Officer about the situation. He said,"...oh the illegals only cause problems with each other." What kind of crap is that?

By the nature of them being here they are criminals. The police are sworn to uphold the laws of this state. If someone is illegal then you do your job and get INS down here. These llegals aren't paying any taxes and are probably knocking a fellow Blount Countian out of a job. What the hell kind of philosophy has our local officials and police come up with. This is ridiculous!

Not only is the DA ripping off people in court, but he's not looking out for us. He should be going after the illegals. He should be pressuring the police to do what we pay them to do instead of prosecuting so many cases that just waste evrybody's time and money.

When Mike Flynn first became District Attorney, he was a good man. I used to work in his office. I have since moved on and Mike Flynn has since become one of Blount County's most notorious racketeers.

Just before I left, I remeber a case in which a man said that someone had assaulted his under-age nephew. Since the man was the legal guardian, he was the one who forced the magistrate to sign a warrant for this man.

The man was never able to substantiate his claims and never was his nephew able to back up his claims. Mike Flynn knew that this case should have never been prosecuted but still he drug the defendent into court.

This case went on for several months and cost the defendent quite a bit in attorney's fees. Not guilty was the verdict by twelve of the man's fellow Blount Countians.

Now, here's my point:

Rather than do what was correct and tell the accusers that they had no case, Mike Flynn opted for wasting the time of 12 people on the jury and the cost involved in running a court room. This was wrong and was also one of the biggest reasons I left Flynn's office.

The 12 people on the jury actually came from a pool of more than 50 people. These 50 people missed a whole day's worth of work so that Mike Flynn could prosecute a case that never should have been prosecuted. He cost the accused money and time at work. He cost the taxpayers also.

Whether you agree or not, I'm here to tell you that Mike Flynn is an irresponsible man to let this happen under his watch. Just like everyone else has stated, Mike Flynn is not an honorable citizen. He's more interested in making backdoor deals for favors.

The ones that he wasn't able to get a guilty plea on evidentally had to spend alot of money on our local trial lawyers. Sounds to me like a conspiracy to create more work for the lawyers in our area.

Sounds to me like a conspiracy to create more work for the lawyers in our area.

I'm positive that crime has not gotten to the point that Mike Flynn lets on. Oh, there's crime I'm sure, but Mike Flynn evidentally likes to cost the good law-abiding people money also. He must not be very smart because these are the people who put him in office. I'm confident that his actions will result in either him being asked to step down or he won't be re-elected.

Mike Flynn is NO-GOOD for our county.

We moved here from New York several years ago. My grandparents were actually from six mile. My father married a New Yorker. GO FIGURE! I grew up in New York but have spent a bunch of time here with my grandparents through the years.

Blount County is such a wonderful place to have people like this Flynn guy who is bringing disgrace upon our community. I, too have heard stories circulating about him at church. I believe that he is a republican. I will not be voting for him. This situation sounds like something that would go on in NY. The prosecuters up there are only interested in money just like Flynn.

Being a citizen of Blount County now, I feel as though I should say something. But who do you go to with matters such as this? Can I simply call his office and tell him that I don't condone his behavior? Should I call and say that I won't vote for him if he doesn't get his act together? The poorest people in this county are the ones who pay the biggest price. They don't have enough money to afford sound legal counsel so I'm sure that they end up with the biggest fines.

Everything I've read here concerning Mike Flynn doesn't surprise me a bit. I never really trusted the man. There's just something about him that makes me think that he isn't honest. Of course, it could just be the fact that he is lawyer.

I think that he's not up for relection for a couple of years, but I won't be voting for him. I swear that just about everybody involved with our local government any more is a crook. The young man who was wrongfully charged in the rape should contact Mr. Duncan and let him know about the situation. The delivery driver that you spoke of should do same. Every so often, a person comes along like Flynn. It is our duty as citizens to let him know that we disapprove of his practices. Isn't it odd that the chief prosecuter in the rape case is actually from Townsend? Yeah, that's right. I know his mother and father, too. They're great people. I just can't believe that their son is such a swindler. I grew up in Townsend, and we always thought that he was kind of FUNNY, if you know what I mean. He left out of here and lived in Miami for awhile which didn't do anything for his disposition.

Once again, I would just like to say that I think that Mike Flynn is doing his best. He just doesn't realize what is going on in his office. Just like our local law enforcement, the people at the top are usually honorable people. Sheriff Berrong is one of the most up-standing people in our county, but the officers at the bottom are just as bad as some of our criminals. Most of them barely finished high school. Most were jocks and they miss that sense of brotherhood and being able to bully people around. It's kind of like a gang to some extent. Some just love that little bit of authority that they have.

Have you ever noticed how the police usually believe the first people that they talked to in a situation? That's because they really wouldn't know what an investigation is. I doubt most could even spell it. We need to train our law enforcement officers better. I don't think that 6 weeks of training qualifies them to have authority and carry a gun. I believe in 2nd amendment rights not only to protect myself from criminals but also to be prepared just in case our local law enforcement freaks out us. Our chief in Townsend just hired a guy who has killed 3 people on 3 separate occasions. I've talked to people who retired from police work after 25 years and they said that they never even had to break leather on anybody. I think it's safe to say that our public servants lost interest in serving the public a long time ago.

Anyways, I sincerely appreciate all of you folks writing in. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like our local government has let us down, especially Mike Flynn's office.

Wasn't Mike Flynn in real tight with Don Sundquist? Seems like I remember seeing a picture of them or reading an article about them in the Daily Times. If he's buddies with Sundquist, then I can assure you that he has no morals. I'll have to say that I was very disappointed reading these things about Mike Flynn. I thought, like Aaron, that he was an honorable man and a Christian man. I guess that we were both wrong. I'll have to find someone else to vote for next time around. My son works in Jimmy Duncan's office. I'll have to ask him about the situation concerning our local DA. He will at least ask around and find something out. Remind me not to go through Blount County on our next trip to the Smokey Mtns. I'm afraid my family and I will end up in jail in lieu of a large ransom to be paid to your District Attorney. I know Aaron and his family. He is a good boy and has never been in trouble in his life. He's never been one to let people bully him but he's also never been charged for anything other than a speeding ticket. That's hard to do with the over-bearing police that we have here in Blount County.

I found out about his situation through my daughter who graduated from school with Aaron. My daughter also told me about this site. Aaron was working part-time delivering pizza because the company in Johnson City where he was an engineer had sold out and closed down his department. Aaron is not your average delivery guy. He's educated.

I can tell you that they're will be repercussions come voting time. Aaron's family has been here in this county for a long time. His grandfather retired from Alcoa and I know his mother and daddy too. If he tells everyone about this situation, I'm sure that Flynn won't get re-elected. Just like I said, Aaron is not one to be bullied by anyone, and that includes our local crooked government.

Our New Justice Center is just a bunch of good ol' boys who could care less about the taxpayer as long as they have a big nice car, fancy clothes, abig house and all the rest that these racketeers want. As long as they keep the dockets full then the court system is making money and everybody gets a big bonus. People like Aaron just can't see what is happening to them.

What Aaron should do is organize a campaign designed to keep Mike Flynn from being elected again. Maybe we could impeach Mike Flynn. The only thing that Mikey boy cares about is votes and favors. It shouldn't be hard for some kind of investigator to dig up some dirt on him. Of course it would have to be a private investigator. Any with our local police would doctor up a good record for Flynn. They're all in it together. Just a Den of Thieves stealing money left and right from the citizens of Blount County. I'm going to tell the newspaper about this site and what is going on in the courthouse.

I heard the prosecuters talking the other day about the 16-year old kid. Why is our district attorneys office prosecuting this young man while teenagers in Alcoa are allowed to sell crack on the streets in the Hall Community? Is the Alcoa City PD scared of these criminals? I think so.

I also heard them talking about the delivery driver. Seems their witness has been harassing the guy being charged. When confronted about the problem, the witness freaked out and now they're afraid to call him as a witness. Could they not tell that this guy had a screw loose when they first interviewed him? Could the police not tell that this guy was lying? His statements don't match up with the story that victim is telling.

I'm ashamed that our District Attorney has let his office get in such a state of disarray and arrogance.

If you think that your DA is overzealous now, just wait until your town grows even larger. I've heard people in Nashville talking about your current situation in Blount County. Trust me when I say that your situation will eventually be addressed by our state representatives and congressmen. I've met Mr. Flynn on several occasions and I don't like him either. Citizens of Blount County need to continue to place their issues on this site. Good Luck replacing this crook!

All my family is from Maryville by the way. I've just lived in Nashville for 6 years, after receiving my law degree. I work for the State Attorneys Office.

Yesterday, I was almost broadsided by one of our local police officers. I will refrain from telling you exactly which department it was. The police cruiser not only ran a stop sign in order to get on to the highway but in the process crossed over into my lane almost hitting me. I was in the right lane on 321 headed toward Walland.

The police car actually crossed 4 lanes of traffic before vearing over into my lane. HE DID NOT HAVE HIS EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON which is required by the state of Tennessee. I had to jerk the steering wheel over causing me to run up on the curb and pretty much destroyed my tire and wheel.

The cost of replacement was $194.85. I called the poilce who acted like I didn't know what I was Talking about until I gave them the cruiser's assigned car number.

I told the police that I wanted to prosecute the driver of the police cruiser for reckless driving. If this wasn't RECKLESS I don't know what is! The cop told me that I had to go through the DA's office in order to do so. They told me flat out that they would not prosecute the case.

This is Ridiculous. They'll prosecute for rape without evidence. They'll prosecute for assault without evidence. They'll prosecute a 16 year-old kid for having tobacco, but they won't prosecute the Police for any reason. WOW! I guess they only prosecut things that are convenient and doesn't involve any of their buddies. This is CRAP!

MIKE FLYNN you're office is DISHONEST to say the least. You don't deserve to drive a garbage truck for the county, let alone hold office.

we have now hit the depths of prosecuting and fining minors in order to pay for all the expenses of our high and mighty district attorney.

he calls himself a christian, but i think he's mistaken. several months ago, he gave his sister one of his kidneys. he also made sure that the news crews were there to document this. a real hero would not bring to light his heroism just for votes. i guess mike flynn has alot in common with Hanoi Joohn Kerry.

The thing that wasn't brought up about the rape allegation was that you cost the man his job. His employer, which was Mryville Wholesale illegally fired this man because your organization saw fit to pursue it. Are you going to prosecute his employer? After all, his unemployment is your fault. Is this the best that you have to offer?

The man who was accused had his picture in the paper also. This was ridiculous. I know Mr. Campbell's sister and can tell you that they both come from a good Christian family. What is wrong with you Mike Flynn? Is this a ploy to pay for the new justice center? Or have you simply lost your mind?

Mike Flynn is just another dirtbag lawyer politician and I wouldn't vote for that SOB if he was the last DA left in the state of Tennessee. His office has consistently wasted our taxes with BS cases ever since he came into power.

Every time they have a jury trial, over 50 people are called in. That's 50 people who aren't able to work so that the DA can choose 12 for the jury. What A WASTE OF TAX-PAYER'S Dollars!!!!!!!

Mike Flynn is an honorable man and I voted for him in the last election. While I do not find fault with him, I do have a problem with his prosecuters draggin this situation out. Obviously they are still learning how to conduct themselves. The judges in this county will eventually get tired of this stuff and put a stop to it.

Either things will change, or I will change my mind about Mr. Flynn and decide not to vote for him next time. He needs to step up to the plate and excercise some control with his deputy prosecutors. I'm confident that I will win my case. The truth about what happened WILL come out in court and I will be found not guilty. I'm not real sure what the prosecuter's name is or I would let you know. He is a runt, however, and has shifty little eyes. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. He has a look about him that just screams "DISHONEST".

I know a young man who is a 16 year-old student at Maryville High School. He's a very talented musician who makes decent grades and stays out of trouble. Several weeks ago, he was caught with some chewing tobacco. The dean of discipline at MHS reported this to the district attorney and now they are prosecuting him.

I don't know what the charge is exactly but this is ridiculous. This is something that could be on his record for getting in to college. Has our local DA lost his mind? Does he not have anything else better to do than this? I can't believe that this is happening in my hometown where I grew up.

On 9-17-04, the headlines of the Maryville Times read: "Judge drops rape charge, says no proof force used." Thank you Judge Thomas for seeing through the fraudulent case brought forth by the District Attorney's Office here in Blount County. This situation only goes to back up my claims that the DA's office is pursuing cases which have no merit.

I recently came across a case in which a local pizza hut delivery driver is being charged with assault and vandalism after being rear-ended. This travesty happened in Alcoa. The young man who hit the delivery driver called some of his friends to come and bully the driver. Mind you he should have called the Police. The driver followed store policy and left the scene to call Police. Upon arriving back at pizza hut, he stated that a car load of the rear-ender's friends followed him to the store where one of them was injured. Now, the injured party has brought charges against the driver for assault. What has this county come to? Why is our District Attorney of Blount County allowing such trivial and unsubstantiated cases to be brought against the citizens who put him in office?

We have some of the best judges in the state here in Blount County. We have obviously some of the worst prosecuters also. Sooner or later, these situations of malicious prosecutions will cost Mr. Flynn his job. Sooner or later, the judges are going to get tired of wasted taxpayer's dollars by the DA's office and do something about the situation. I just hope that REAL SUBSTANTIATED CRIMES won't be overlooked, which is what is going on now. There's too many things going on this county that the DA's office needs to turn their attention towards, instead of every case that comes down the pike.

If you would like to know more about the delivery driver case, just search for Pizza HUT. I think that the title had something to do with defamation and suspension of the driver by pizza hut. I'm sure that I will have more issues to bring up in the future about our Blount County District Attorney and how much money that he is costing the county in fraudulent cases. I will update you.

after doing a search on alcoa, blount county, tn, i came across another case which should be included here.

a young man delivering pizza for one of our local pizza huts was rear-ended. the young punk who hit him called some of his thug friends instead of the police. the delivery driver followed his company's policy and returned to the store instead of fighting with these delinquents. a car load of these guys followed him back to store. evidentally one of the assaulters were injured. i think that he is lying just from what the delivery guy is saying.

i have some questions for the da's office:
what is the point in pursuing a case against the delivery driver when he consistently folowed pizza hut policy? can you not see that this is simply a case of people seeing dollar signs? why are you wasting our hard earned tax dollars for such litigation? where is the accountability for your actions? when are you up for reelection flynn, because i'm not voting for you again?

are you doing this because we have a new justice center to pay for or what? why don't you start prosecuting these illegal mexicans floating in here for their crimes? why don't you prosecute pizza hut for violating state law? did you honestly think that people wouldn't see that what you are doing isn't justice? why don't you prosecute some of these drug dealers who are like flies in the hall community in alcoa where i live? do you only prosecute cases that are convenient?

i hope that this young man comes out on top. i hope that you lose the next election. i can assure you that i will spread the word about the blount county district attoney's office. sooner or later you are going to have to answer to the people of blount county, tn, for your actions and for the wastefulness of the organization that you head. this is disgraceful and i hope that things change soon.
